Our initial consultation is the first step in walking through your project’s needs. In this meeting, we are able to talk more concretely about how our design process will be shaped to best support your project. Our team will also use this time to address any initial questions you may have regarding your property or our design process. This consultation is billed at our hourly rate for two (2) hours. If you decide to move forward with our services, this cost is applied as a credit to your design plan package.

Once we've received your contract and retainer, we will send over your Design Homework. This questionnaire will help us to learn more about your project and how you engage with it daily. We ask that you are as thorough as possible with your answers, we want to hear everything!

Once we are equipped with your completed design homework, we will finalize your scope. This will outline a comprehensive list of all hard and soft finishes needed, tradeswork needed, custom build ideas, the list goes on. Essentially, we create your budget and sourcelist and use these as the backbone of your project.
